Uncontrolled Obesity

We originally gained weight as a result of getting older, burning less calories, becoming sedentary, and the wrong food intake. After being overweight for some time the body starts to develop insulin resistance. As a result our cells are underfed; we feel hungry so we eat more.

The Body produces more (higher) blood sugar for hours; the body will try to compensate by making more insulinand, secondarly, by making us thirsty to help we drink fluids to release the extra sugar. The additional sugar left over gets turned into fat by the now much higher than normal insulin.


The more fat we put on, the higher our insulin resistance becomes. The higher the insulin resistance, the more our cells are starving, and the hungrier we are, and the more we eat, you producing higher blood sugar levels, resulting in quadrupling the insulin produced. The resulting extremely high insulin then turns an evenhigher percentage of our excess blood sugar into fat.
